El artículo 408 quedará así: "Artículo 408. 1. La elección de las directivas sindicales se hará por votación secreta, en papeleta escrita y aplicando el sistema del cuociente electoral para asegurar la representación de las minorías, so pena de nulidad. "2. La Junta Directiva, una vez instalada, procederá a elegir sus Dignatarios. En todo caso, el cargo de Fiscal del sindicato corresponderá a la fracción minoritaria".
