° En cada una de las resoluciones que se expidan con base en el presente Decreto se fijarán el horario de atención al público, los sistemas de registro de las horas de entradas y de salida, las sanciones por ausencias o retardos, los procedimientos para el otorgamiento de permisos y las demás disposiciones a que hubiere lugar sobre la materia, todo de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes sobre el particular.
