º El hecho de exportar perlas en cualquier cantidad, producirá el efecto de catalogar a quien las despache en la clase de los exportadores. Las Administraciones de Aduana y las Oficinas Postales, darán aviso de toda exportación de perlas de que tengan conocimiento, al Inspector de Pesca para los efectos de la inscripción en el libro de registro.
