Art. 62. En caso de que alguno de los Contadores que formen la Sala de apelación ó de consulta fueren de parecer contrario al de la mayoría, podrá salvar su voto, exponiendo en un libro que al afecto llevará el Presidente de la Oficina, los motivos en que funde su dictamen, firmando, sin embargo, la resolución que acuerde la mayoría.
