º En caso de cancelación de la licencia de funcionamiento, las rutas y horarios que servía la empresa sancionada serán redistribuidos por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito o la autoridad municipal competente, sin necesidad de hacer publicaciones, y los vehículos se vincularán a las empresas adjudicatarias a los cuales se expedirán las respectivas tarjetas de operación.
