El Fiscal General de la Nación o su delegado podrán realizar ofrecimientos voluntarios y espontáneos de pruebas a autoridades judiciales de otros Estados, en aquellos eventos donde se considere que los elementos de prueba obtenidos dentro de un trámite de extinción de dominio podrían sustentar una pretensión de similar naturaleza en otro Estado o ser de utilidad dentro de una investigación de carácter penal.
