El Superintendente o el funcionario comisionado para practicar una visita, podrá interrogar bajo juramento a cualquier persona cuyo testimonio se requiera para el examen de los hechos relacionados con la administración o fiscalización de las sociedades vigiladas y exigirá su comparecencia apremiándola, si fuere menester, con multas sucesivas hasta de diez mil pesos.
