ARTICULO 94 . Para la obtención de la Licencia de Patrón de Bote Salvavidas (operador de embarcaciones de supervivencia), los aspirantes satisfarán los siguientes requisitos

Tener más de 18 años de edad.

Acreditar expresamente su aptitud física.

Demostrar mediante exámenes, o con la presentación del certificado haber aprobado el curso especial respectivo, que conocen el contenido del apéndice de la Regla IV/1, del Convenio, como también el contenido de la Resolución l9 del mismo y su Anexo.
