Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 2.41.5.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.41.5.1.1. Emisión de valores. Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 2º de la Ley 964 de 2005, se entenderá que los instrumentos representativos de deuda o de capital, emitidos en las entidades que realicen la actividad de financiación colaborativa tendrán la calidad de valor y se denominarán valores de financiación colaborativa.".
