° La tercera batería en cada uno de los Grupos numero 2 La Popa , y número 3, Palacé , que pertenecían al Grupo que si restablece, constituirán la base para la formación de dicho Cuerpo para lo cual pasarán a éste, con los cuadros de Oficiales, Suboficiales y Trompetas, con el material y ganado correspondiente.
