Art 14 Los equipajes de los ministerios y Agentes diplomáticos de la República que regresen a ésta, hasta el peso de 500kilogramos, serán libres de derechos, siempre que los traigan conmigo y que declaren bajo su palabra de honor que no trae en dichos equipos artículos para hacer con ellos operaciones comerciales
