De los lotes no adjudicados en el segundo acto del remate se dará aviso al Ministerio de Hacienda para que éste pueda disponer lo conveniente sobre un remate final, sea en el lugar en que se han verificado los anteriores o en otro al cual convenga trasladar dicho acto.
