Art 2.° El Director jeneral de correos nacionales dictará las providencian conducentes para que este decreto tenga su cumplimiento; así como también para introducir las reformas necesarias en el itinerario de la línea del Norte, en virtud de la supresion de la Administracion de Hacienda de que se trata.
