Delegación de funciones . Con aprobación previa de la Junta Directiva, el Director General podrá delegar en sus subalternos el cumplimiento de alguna o algunas de las funciones que le corresponden, con excepción de las señaladas en los literales j), l), q), del artículo anterior.
