Cuando se tratare de cumplimiento de sentencias extranjeras de extradición, que la Cancillería hubiere comunicado al Ministerio de Gobierno, se dará orden a las autoridades judiciales o administrativas o de policía para que capturen y detengan a los sujetos de la extradición, y los pongan a disposición de las autoridades extranjeras en el puerto o frontera en que deban ser recibidos.
