Planes sectoriales y desarrollo regional. En el ejercicio de sus funciones la División de Desarrollo Sectorial tendrá en cuenta las posibilidades de progreso regional y estudiará la viabilidad de promoverse polos de desarrollo en determinados zonas del país. Para los fines de este artículo la División podrá actuar en coordinación con los comités de desarrollo regional a que se refiere el artículo 22 del presente Decreto.
