Art. 52.º Cuando el reclamo de pensión unitaria definitiva se deba hacer por huérfanos menores de edad ó por personas que á causa de sus enfermedades hayan sido legalmente declaradas en interdicción judicial, el reclamo será entablado por las madres de los menores, ó por sus respectivos curadores, si es que no las tienen; respecto á las otras personas se hará igualmente por los curadores que se les hayan nombrado.
