Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para que al momento de crearse la entidad de que trata el artículo 1º de la presente Ley convenga asumir obligaciones prestacionales de su asociado, siempre y cuando dicho monto no afecte el patrimonio de la nueva entidad y se compute como aporte de capital.
