Insubsistencia por calificación no satisfactoria. El nombramiento del empleado de carrera o en período de prueba deberá declararse insubsistente por la autoridad nominadora, por acto motivado, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha en la que quede en firme la calificación no satisfactoria como resultado de la valoración del desempeño laboral. Contra dicho acto no procederá recurso alguno. (Decreto 4080 de 2006, artículo 42)
