La cuantía máxima del subsidio familiar de vivienda será de quince (15) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. La cuantía del subsidio se reajustará mensualmente a partir de julio de 1991, por el equivalente mensual de la tasa de variación del salario mínimo legal en el año inmediatamente anterior. La cuantías de subsidio de que trata este capítulo se incrementarán con este criterio.
