ARTICULO 68 . PRESTAMOS EDUCATIVOS. La División de Recursos Humanos a través de la Sección de Bienestar Social del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, divulgará y gestionará los préstamos educativos y becas con destino a los hijos de los funcionarios y a ellos mismos, subsidiados por la Caja de Compensación Familiar a que estén afiliados sus empleados. Además, gestionará ante el Ministerio de Educación, el SENA y demás institutos educativos gubernamentales, las posibilidades de ingreso a tales centros educativos de los hijos de los funcionarios.
