°. Modificar el artículo 8° del Decreto 1965 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 8°. Restitución de recursos. Cuando se detecte un pago derivado da una inconsistencia en la información que sirvió de base para la liquidación de UPC-S, la EPS-S deberá restituir de manera inmediata al fondo territorial de salud lo correspondiente a los recursos girados sin justa causa, de conformidad con los plazos previstos en el Decreto-ley 1281 de 2002".
