Para garantizar el manejo de los fondos a que la presente Ley se refiere, cada una de las Juntas designadas para el efecto, nombrará su respectivo Tesorero, el cual prestará la fianza correspondiente ante la Contraloría General de la República y de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
