ART 162. Los que fabricaren ó hicieren fabricar monedas falsas extranjeras, imitando las de cobre ú otro metal, que no sea el oro ni la plata, y que no circulen legalmente en la República, y fuera del país las pongan en circulación como legítimas, serán condenados en la mitad de las penas establecidas en el artículo anterior.
