Para los efectos administrativos y de organización de los Tribunales y Juzgados que se crean en esta Ley, el Departamento del Meta empezará a funcionar el primero de julio de 1960, fecha de su inauguración oficial. Para los demás efectos, esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
