Obligatoriedad de los seguros . A partir de la publicación del presente decreto, las pólizas de seguros de responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual en este señaladas se exigirán a todas las empresas que cuenten con licencia de funcionamiento o que ya se encuentren habilitadas y en todo caso, serán requisito y condición necesaria para la prestación del servicio público de transporte por parte de sus vehículos propios o vinculados.
