°. Causación de intereses de mora. Los intereses de mora, se generarán a partir de la fecha de vencimiento del plazo para efectuar el pago de los aportes, salvo que el trabajador independiente realice este pago a través de entidades autorizadas por la ley para realizar el pago en su nombre, caso en el cual los intereses de mora se causarán teniendo en cuenta la fecha de vencimiento de los pagos de la entidad que realiza los aportes por cuenta del trabajador independiente.
