Para efectos de la defensa de los usuarios y/o suscriptores de la telefonía móvil celular y de los servicios de telecomunicaciones no domiciliarios, la solicitud, trámite de respuesta de sus peticiones, quejas y reclamos se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el Título VIII, Capítulo VII de la Ley 142 de 1994 y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
