Las disposiciones de.los artículos y 29 del presente Decreto, que modifican y adicionan las del Decreto número 1768 de 1944, rigen a partir del 1° de febrero próximo, a excepción de la relacionada con la alimentación del personal de alumnos de la Escuela Militar de Cadetes, que rige desde el 1° de enero del corriente año.
