A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley aumentase en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) las partidas a cargo del presupuesto especial del Ministerio de Salud Pública con que la Nación contribuye al sostenimiento del Instituto San Luis María de Montfort, que para la enseñanza de ni\as ciegas y sordomudas funciona en la población de Bello, Departamento de Antioquia, y en un ciento por ciento (100%) aquellas con cargo al del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, y para el mismo objeto.
