Autorización Artes y Aparejos . La Aunap, con base en las evidencias científicas disponibles y teniendo en cuenta la información y datos estadísticos confiables que posean las entidades públicas y privadas vinculadas a la actividad pesquera, así como factores socioeconómicos, determinará y autorizará periódicamente, mediante Resolución para cada tipo de embarcaciones, arte y aparejos, con el fin de no exceder las cuotas de captura permisible que se establezcan.
