DE LA IDENTIFICACION DEL FUNCIONARIO. Cuando el medidor o contador esté ubicado dentro del inmueble, el suscriptor y/o usuario deberá permitir y facilitar la lectura de los contadores y medidores previa identificación del funcionario respectivo con su cédula de ciudadanía y carné con fotografía reciente. El suscriptor y/o usuario podrán solicitar el traslado del contador o medidor a la parte externa del predio. El costo del traslado correrá por cuenta del suscriptor y/o usuario.
