° Reglas especiales. Los sorteos que se realicen en desarrollo de la facultad de asociación que tienen las loterías, se sujetarán a las siguientes reglas

a)

La fecha y hora será determinada en el respectivo plan de premios y deberá corresponder a cualquier día de la semana a que tenga derecho de jugar uno de los asociados, y

b)

Las loterías ordinarias que se asocien podrán efectuar en forma asociada hasta dos sorteos al mes, siempre que la asociación agrupe más de ocho derechos de loterías diferentes. Cuando jueguen los dos sorteos, no podrán jugar individualmente. Cuando jueguen un sólo sorteo, tendrán derecho a jugar un sorteo en forma individual.

Parágrafo transitorio

Durante 1993, las loterías ordinarias cuando jueguen dos sorteos en forma asociada podrán jugar hasta dos sorteos en el mismo mes en forma individual, siempre que la asociación agrupe más de ocho entes.
