Decreto 1268 de 1997 · por el cual se promulga el "Protocolo de Reformas a la Carta de la Organización de los Estados Americanos -Protocolo de Managua-", suscrito en el Decimonoveno Período Extraordinario de Sesiones de la Asamblea General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos, en la ciudad de Managua el 10 de junio de 1993.
