Así mismo, con las excepciones consagradas en el inciso 3o del artículo 1o de esta Ley, para ejercer cualquiera de las profesiones auxiliares de la Arquitectura o de la Ingeniería, se requiere certificado expedido por un Consejo Profesional Seccional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, confirmado por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, de acuerdo con el reglamento que sobre el particular dicte el Gobierno.

El certificado así expedido se presume auténtico.
