°. Administración y control del IVA sobre cervezas . Corresponde a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales la fiscalización, liquidación oficial, discusión y cobro del tres por ciento (3%) adicional del Impuesto sobre las Ventas (IVA) sobre cervezas que debe ser girado al Tesoro Nacional. Para este efecto, se aplicarán las normas del Estatuto Tributario, incluyendo la imposición de las sanciones a que haya lugar.
