Art. único. Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1891 y 1892, un crédito extraordinario por la suma de $ 2,950- 80 con la imputación siguiente: DEPARTAMENTO DE JUSTICIA Capítulo 41. Gastos Varios. Art. 225 (bis). Para pagar los gastos que ocasionen las ejecuciones de pena capital, las diligencias para la investigación de ciertos delitos y otros de naturaleza análoga $ 2,500. Art. 225 (ter) Para pagar los gastos hechos por la Comisión nombrada por el Gobierno para hacer los honores de recepción al Ilustrísimo Sr. Arzobispo Dr. D. Bernario Herrera Restrepo $ 450 80 Publíquese
