Se entiende por Matrícula Profesional la Resolución del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, mediante la cual se ordena la inscripción en el Registro Nacional del Profesional de la Ingeniería Pesquera a que hace referencia el artículo 3° de la Ley 28 de 1989 y la expedición de la correspondiente Tarjeta profesional.
