Decreto 2319 de 1995 · por el cual se reglamenta el numeral 5 del artículo 7 de los Decretos 1287, 1288 y 1289 de 1994.

o . La designación de los representantes de la comunidad ante la Junta Directiva de las Entidades de que trata el presente Decreto, deberá efectuarse en Asamblea General de la Alianza o Asociación respectiva, y se hará para períodos de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo

De la designación de los representantes de la comunidad ante las Juntas Directivas de las entidades a las cuales se refiere el presente Decreto, se dará comunicación por escrito al Ministerio de Salud, a la Superintendencia de Salud y a la respectiva entidad, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en la cual se lleve a cabo la respectiva designación.
