º El derecho al reconocimiento de los gastos de transporte de equipaje se causa desde la fecha del funcionario movilice el menaje; pero no habrá lugar al pago de suma alguna si presenta renuncia libre y espontánea del cargo, solicita traslado o es destituido antes de cumplir un año en el ejercicio del mismo. En cualquiera de estos casos el funcionario deberá restituir las sumas que eventualmente se le hubieren reconocido por concepto de gastos de transporte de equipaje.
