º . Libertad de precios. El precio del gas natural destinado a la exportación, incluyendo el precio del transporte, será pactado libremente entre las partes; no obstante, si para realizar los respectivos suministros se utilizan tramos que hagan parte del Sistema Nacional de Transporte de Gas Natural, se remunerará al Transportador de acuerdo con los cargos aprobados por la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas, CREG.
