Las entidades que administren fondos de pensiones deberán contar con los mecanismos que les permitan determinar en forma permanente la Mora o incumplimiento por parte de los empleadores en el pago oportuno de las cotizaciones, de tal toma que puedan adelantar oportunamente las acciones de cobro de las sumas pertinentes.
