- INHUMACION DE CADAVERES. Los concejos municipales incluirán en los presupuestos de gastos de cada vigencia, la partida necesaria para la inhumación de cadáveres de personas pobres de solemnidad, a juicio del alcalde.

Parágrafo

En tal partida se incluirá el costo de las cajas mortuorias y de las cruces para la sepultura (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 268).
