Modifícase el numeral 3 del artículo 6.4.1.1.3 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010 el cual quedará así: “ 3. Los bonos ordinarios que se vayan a colocar por oferta pública deberán ser inscritos en una bolsa de valores con anterioridad a la misma. Estarán exceptuados de esta obligación los bonos que hagan parte de una emisión de Segundo Mercado, cuya inscripción será voluntaria de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5.2.3.2.1 del presente decreto.”
