Objeto y ámbito de aplicación. Las normas contenidas en el presente capítulo tienen por objeto establecer las condiciones laborales especiales del teletrabajo que regirán las relaciones entre empleadores y teletrabajadores y que se desarrolle en el sector público y privado en relación de dependencia.
