º. Los Bancos Hipotecarios que emitan cédulas de amortización gradual podrán hacer operaciones de préstamo hasta por diez mil pesos ($ 10,000), con destino exclusivo al fomento de la agricultura y la ganadería, otorgando hasta cinco años de plazo y exigiendo los intereses trimestralmente pero sin amortizaciones en los primeros dos años.
