Saneamiento contable. Las entidades territoriales, las Entidades Promotoras de Salud del Régimen Subsidiado y las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, una vez recibidos los pagos o giros, deberán reflejar en su contabilidad las cuentas por cobrar y pagar debidamente conciliadas y depuradas, de acuerdo con los procedimientos contables definidos en las normas vigentes aplicables a cada entidad, de lo cual informarán a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
