Recibida en grado de apelación o de consulta, la sentencia de un Consejo de Guerra Verbal, con el acta correspondiente a la reunión del Consejo, el juez de segunda instancia, que lo es aquel que ordenó la convocatoria, se procede en la misma forma que si se tratara de una segunda instancia en un proceso menor.
