El diez por ciento (10%) del presupuesto anual del Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes, constituirá reserva forzosa destinada a cubrir imprevistos y en caso de que no los hubiere, sólo podrá utilizarse en el último trimestre del año, para renovación de equipos y materiales del Instituto.
