° Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1655-Bis de 1957, en el sentido de autorizar la emisión de estampillas postales con motivos alusivos a la flora nacional, únicamente por las siguientes cantidades y valores: Correo Ordinario: Tres millones (3.000.000) de estampillas de cinco centavos ($0.05). Doscientas mil (200.000) estampillas de veinte centavos ($0.20). Correo Aéreo "Avianca" Un millón quinientas mil (1.500.000) estampillas de un peso con veinte centavos ($1.20). Correo Extra - Rápido Dos millones (2.000.000) de estampillas de cinco centavos ($0.05). Tres millones (3.000.000) de estampillas de diez centavos ($0.10).
